Damp and Mould guidance

The government has released its guidance on Damp and Mould for Landlords in the Social and Private sector. This is a direct response to the tragic death of Awaab Ishak and sits alongside the introduction of Awaab's Law in tackling this issue, that has been estimated to effect over 6 million homes in the UK.
