Adam Clark

Adam is an experienced housing professional with 15 years in social housing, beginning his career in tenant involvement. A Chartered Member of the CIH and founding member of CIH Futures, he has held senior leadership roles, most recently as Executive Director of Customers at North Star Housing and previously at Broadland Housing Association.

Adam combines a compassionate, social-purpose approach with strong expertise in systems, data and technology to improve customer experiences. Now a freelance consultant, he delivers strategic and service reviews, research, analysis and improvement programmes.

He is also a Non-Executive Director of Your Own Place and supports customer scrutiny and engagement programmes with landlords.
