Adele Duncan

Adele has over 30 years’ experience in supported housing, working with large and smaller registered providers in senior and executive roles.

With more than 20 years at executive level, she specialises in service review and improvement, strategic oversight, culture change and empowering people with lived experience. As CEO of a specialist charity supporting people affected by gambling harm, Adele developed expertise in board governance, recruitment and organisational development.

Her skills include risk management, customer experience and engagement, business development, process mapping, contract management, regulatory preparation and mergers. Passionate about supporting vulnerable people, Adele is Vice-Chair of Homeless Link and a Non-Executive Director of Salvation Army Homes.
