Christina has over 20 years’ experience in leadership and management across social housing and the charity sector. Her expertise includes housing management, resident engagement, community development, community investment, fundraising and supporting charities and community organisations.
Passionate about resident voice, social value and tackling poverty and inequality, she initiated Peterborough’s Poverty Truth Commission. Christina has established new services, resident involvement and community investment programmes and enjoys change management, troubleshooting and developing effective structures for scrutiny and strategy.
As a Trustee of Cambridge Cyrenians and a qualified Leadership & Management Coach, she champions meaningful resident co-regulation and brings lived experience to governance. She founded Social Impact Consultants to promote social change.
