Elaine Warwick

Elaine joined Tpas as an Associate following a 22-year career specialising in engagement and empowerment. Passionate about ensuring the customer voice is heard and influences decision-making, she has extensive experience embedding engagement into the culture and service delivery of housing providers. 

Elaine is a strong advocate for tackling stigma and has supported colleagues across the housing sector through her knowledge and experience. She brings particular expertise in leaseholder and shared owner engagement, alongside valuable lived experience as a housing association leaseholder. Her strengths include co-creation, innovative engagement approaches, customer experience, facilitation and group development.

Elaine supports organisations with engagement frameworks, service reviews, leaseholder and shared owner engagement, and measuring impact through Impact Assessments.
