Emma-Jane Flynn

Emma has over 20 years’ strategic and operational housing experience, with a strong track record of leading and improving services to enhance efficiency, compliance, performance and customer experience. 

She is an expert in resident involvement, engagement and influence, with extensive experience supporting landlords to develop customer-focused cultures and achieve sector accreditation and compliance. Previously National Consultancy Manager at Tpas, Emma has worked with hundreds of landlords to strengthen engagement and involvement practices. 

She has also worked at the National Housing Federation and contributed to the development of Together with Tenants. Emma has published research on building safety and governance and regularly speaks at conferences.
