Kevin Farrell

Kevin is an experienced housing practitioner with a career spanning strategic and local authorities, housing associations and the voluntary homelessness sector.

Beginning in East London in the mid-1980s, he has worked across estate management, regeneration and executive leadership, including 10 years with a pan-London homelessness agency. Kevin has also taught housing practice and regeneration at the University of Westminster and has been a Tpas Associate for 15 years.

His expertise includes resident engagement, involvement accreditation, resident-led scrutiny, community consultation and masterplanning. He has supported numerous landlords to develop effective engagement and scrutiny approaches and delivers training across a wide range of housing and resident engagement topics.
