Sam Goodwin

Sam is a freelance consultant and trainer based near Norwich, with over 30 years’ experience as a housing practitioner. A Tpas Associate since 1999 and former Tpas England Regional Manager, she is highly experienced in designing resident involvement and engagement strategies and delivery frameworks.

Sam has worked with numerous organisations and is valued for her practical expertise, engaging training style and strong client relationships. Passionate about resident voice and influence, she specialises in scrutiny and ensuring residents are heard and their views shape service delivery. She is also a trained mediator, having volunteered with a Braintree mediation service supporting the resolution of neighbour and landlord-tenant disputes.
