Sonji Nurse

Sonji is an experienced operations professional with over 20 years’ expertise in strategic planning, transformational change, scrutiny and quality assurance across private, legal, financial, non-profit and public sectors. 

For more than a decade, she has championed residents’ interests, helping influence the procurement of a new repairs contract focused on quality service delivery and ensuring resident voices are represented. 

Sonji is an active member of Performance Review and Strategic Core Groups within her housing association, scrutinising performance and making recommendations to the Board to improve services. She is also a Housing Ombudsman Resident Panel Member and has a strong commitment to community volunteering and meaningful resident influence.
