Teagan is an experienced Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) strategist with a strong understanding of the challenges facing marginalised communities.

With a background in HR, she has developed and implemented impactful DEI strategies that support organisational culture, growth and meaningful change. A Law graduate and CMI Level 7 qualified professional, Teagan brings a structured, data-driven approach to creating equitable workplaces and dismantling systemic barriers.

Her work focuses on practical, sustainable improvements to employee and customer experience, moving organisations beyond performative allyship towards meaningful DEI practice. Her expertise includes culture audits, equity assessments, inclusive policies, anti-racism training, inclusive leadership, storytelling, coaching and organisational change.
