Yvonne Williams

Yvonne Williams has over 30 years’ practical experience across registered providers and local authority housing, including senior leadership roles, ALMO development, stock transfers, mergers and housing service restructuring. 

She has a strong track record of service improvement, partnership working and delivering positive organisational change, including leading high-performing resident engagement and community development teams. 

Yvonne specialises in resident engagement, consultation, service reviews, Lean improvement, value for money and organisational development. She has chaired resident consultation structures, facilitated workshops and training for boards, executives, officers and residents, and delivered community-led partnership initiatives.

A postgraduate-qualified housing professional, Yvonne is a Tpas lead associate supporting residents on regeneration projects and serves on a pan-London mentoring organisation board.
