Claire is Executive Director of Technology and Transformation at mhs homes and has nearly 20 years' experience in the social housing sector. Claire previously led technology delivery at Bromford Flagship. Her career has spanned customer experience, digital transformation, technology, communications, engagement and organisational change, leading major programmes which improve services and outcomes for customers.

Passionate about putting customers at the heart of decision-making, Claire has extensive experience of service improvement, resident engagement and using data, technology and insight to drive positive change. As a landlord representative on the Tpas Board, she brings a strong commitment to ensuring tenant voices influence strategy, performance and service delivery.
