Term of office 2024–2027

David is a Southway tenant in Manchester and Vice-Chair of its Parent Board, serving on the Audit and Risk Committee. He is a Tpas Board member and chairs his local TARA.

David speaks nationally, including at Housing 2026's Handling Complaints panel, the Inside Housing Tenant and Resident Engagement Conference, CIH's Building Better Boards event and the Tpas National Conference. He holds the CIH Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management and has completed the HDN Board Excellence Programme. A doctoral researcher at the University of Salford, he is committed to strengthening tenants' influence in housing governance and services.
