Getting started
Most issues with the website are quick to sort out. The guides below cover logging in, creating an account and resetting your password. If you are still stuck, our team is only an email away.
Common questions
Logging in
Select Member login at the top of any page and sign in with the email address and password linked to your Tpas account.
Creating an account
If your organisation is a Tpas member, you can set up an account using your work email address. Not a member yet? See Join Tpas to find the right membership.
Forgotten your password
On the login screen, choose Forgotten password and follow the instructions in the email we send you to set a new one.
