Caritas comes to Tpas with over 20 years of experience in the housing sector at customer facing and strategic levels. He is a member of the Senior Leadership Team. His career has so far seen him in a diverse set of roles from being a campaigns lead for a homelessness charity to being a manager for a youth housing project alongside working in engagement roles for 6 different housing associations and local authorities.

Responsible for Tpas Policy and Insight work, Caritas enjoys in his spare time trying to keep up with his daughter and is an avid reader, Sci-Fi Geek and a not-so-secret fan of a good Rom-com.
