Emma is part of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT).  She is a qualified Broadcast Journalist and communications/engagement specialist with extensive experience across the public and charitable sector, including at the BBC and three Local Authorities. Emma has worked in association with Tpas for more than 15 years, having achieved Landlord accreditation and a Tpas engagement excellence award with a Housing Association. 
 
She is an experienced Team Leader and Senior Manager having held responsibility for areas including; resident and community engagement, scrutiny, communications, open spaces, caretaking services, internal and external communal areas, and complaints handling. Emma provides project management, facilitation, training and support across all areas of tenant engagement.
