Gillian is passionate about meaningful resident engagement and has been a valued member of the Tpas Consultancy team for over 20 years. She leads the sector-leading Accreditation in Engagement programme and serves as our Internal Quality Assurer.

A skilled engagement practitioner, Gillian is committed to ensuring that tenants are at the heart of organisational improvement and decision-making. She works closely with landlords to strengthen engagement frameworks, helping them develop effective mechanisms that place the impact of engagement at the heart of their work. Through her expertise, Gillian supports organisations to create sustainable and positive change driven by the voices and experiences of their tenants.
