Kai Jackson is a tenant engagement specialist, researcher and housing sector leader, recognised for advancing inclusive resident participation and challenging inequalities in social housing.
With a BSc (Hons) in Psychology and Counselling and experience in health and social care, Kai brings a strong understanding of communication, accessibility and lived experience to housing. Kai authored Is There a Seat at the Table? Ethnic Minority Voices in Tenant Engagement, research undertaken with CaCHE, which has influenced sector debate, policy and organisational practice.
As a Special Membership Project Lead and Housing Champion 2025, Kai develops practical approaches that strengthen tenant voice, scrutiny, inclusion and shared decision-making.
