Louise is a member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT).  She has spent all her working life in the social housing sector, gaining a wealth of experience and knowledge across both Local Government and Housing Associations. In addition to this practical insight, she also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Housing Studies, a City and Guilds Level 4 teaching qualification and ILM management certificate. 

Louise started with Tpas in 2001 as an associate delivering training alongside her full-time job, before joining Tpas on a permanent basis in 2016. 
Out of work, Louise is a season ticket holder at Barnsley FC and enjoys walking and travelling.
