Paula joined Tpas in April 2024 covering Marketing and Communications. In November she started a new role as Head of Strategy and Communications, to work across the business shaping and executing the strategic direction of the organisation. She is also part of the Senior Leadership Team.

Paula has worked in Local Government, Social Housing, Property and for the NHS for over 25 years delivering on some high level, sensitive pieces of work.

She is a true leader, having managed teams for well over a decade. She is passionate about wellbeing in an organisation, engagement both internally and externally and making a difference to people’s lives.

In her spare time, she loves keeping fit by walking, running, playing golf, and going to the gym and she also likes yoga and mindfulness. You will also find her in the kitchen cooking some creative vegetarian dishes.
